Hi, I’m Sandra.

For over two decades, I've devoted my life to understanding cats—not just their behavior, but their emotions, their subtle signals, and the quiet ways they communicate what they need.

But my relationship with animals began long before that.

I grew up surrounded by animals: fish, reptiles, birds, amphibians, pigs, horses, cats, and dogs. Caring for animals wasn't something we did occasionally—it was part of everyday life. Feeding, observing, adjusting, noticing. Looking back, those early experiences shaped how I work with animals now.

Years later, I found myself managing a cat boarding facility, where I spent nearly 20 years caring for thousands of cats.

Seniors, shelter cats, anxious cats, medically complex cats, and the deeply sensitive souls who don't thrive just anywhere.

When you spend that much time with cats—often 8 to 12 hours a day—you start to notice things. The subtle shifts. The quiet signals. The things that don't always show up in a medical chart but still matter.

Over time, something became very clear to me:

Cats are incredibly intuitive.

They respond to energy before they respond to words.

And they deserve care that honors their whole being.

That understanding is what led me to Reiki, energy healing, and animal communication. Today, my work brings together decades of hands-on experience with a more holistic approach to supporting animals and the people who care for them.

My Approach

My work is integrative.

It blends decades of hands-on feline experience, medical awareness, deep observation, and energy-based support. As a Reiki and Animal Energy Practitioner, I work with the nervous system as much as the physical body.

Over the years, I've supported animals navigating kidney disease, diabetes, digestive challenges, chronic inflammation, anxiety, emotional trauma, aging, and end-of-life transitions.

But more than diagnoses, I support the animal in front of me.

Every animal is different.

Every body is different.

Every nervous system is different.

Rather than following a rigid protocol, I listen, observe, and respond to what each animal is communicating in that moment.

My role isn't to replace veterinary care. It's to complement it.

To help create a sense of safety.

To support regulation and balance.

To strengthen the bond between animals and the people who love them.

While cats remain close to my heart, I work with all animals and honor each one as an individual with their own needs, experiences, and way of moving through the world.
